Om Mani Padme Hum
It is believed that every one of the Buddha’s teachings resides within this one powerful mantra. It is repeated over and over again to invoke the loving and unconditional qualities of compassion.
Om is a part of many mantras in Tibetan Buddhism and said to be a symbolism for ‘wholeness, perfection and the infinite’
According to the principles of Tibetan medicine, when worn on the body this formula of 3 metals is perceived to have general healing benefits: balances essential energies, strengthens Qi, increases circulation, regulates blood pressure, and relieves pain.
