In the same East-meets-West approach of the internationally bestselling "The Art Of Happiness", the Dalai Lama and Howards C. Cutler bring us inspirational and practical wisdowm for our working lives.

The Art Of Happiness has become the classic guide to the Dalai Lama's enlgihtened approach to living - illuminating the profound principles and perceptive wisdom of this revered spiritual leader, from a clear Western perspective. Now, in this inspirational new volume, his unique collaboration with Howard C. Cutler returns to provide a practical application of Tibetan Buddhist spiritual values to to the world of work. In our current stressful working climate, more and more people are becoming disenchanted with the roles they adopt at work, and how significantly their working persona differs from the person they are outside the workplace. In this wise and practical book, the Dalai Lama shows us how to place our working lives into the context of ur lives as a whole. Rather than striving to find a role which suits us, we should allow our work to arise naturally from who we are - and what is most important to us. From here we reach a pathway that can lead us to true fufillment and purpose.

His Holiness is totally universally acknowledged as one of the world's pre-eminent spiritual leaders.

Dr Howard C. Cutler runs a psychiatric practise in Phoenix, Arizona. He first met the Dalai Lama in 1982 while visiting India on a research grant to study Tibetan Medicine.
